Cave Baby

This week the children listened to the story, 'Cave Baby' by Julia Donaldson.  They then used their sound knowledge to label cave pictures.  The children have also continued to enjoy our topic of dinosaurs. They matched pictures of fossils to the dinosaurs, used paint to add colour to dinosaur pictures and had a go at writing sentences as to what they could see in a rainforest picture.  For maths, the children have consolidated their understanding of 3d shape.  They have also been enjoying the sunshine when using our outside garden area.
