Collaborative Art

In Year 1, our art focus is on mark making. Yesterday, we explored line making inspired by Zaria Forman’s stunning soft pastel artwork, created entirely with her hands and fingers. Using ocean imagery and listening to music that evoked the movement of water, we experimented with pencils, crayons, pens and pastels to draw flowing lines that reflected the music. To enhance our creations, we added sea creatures and plants, bringing our pieces to life!
