Post~its in Maths

Today we have been learning about area. We know that area is measured in squares and know how to use the squared symbol to record the area that we have measured. We used post its to measure the area of rectilinear shapes around the classroom. Then we made our own picture shapes and measured the area. We loved this maths activity!
