The babies have arrived!

On Monday, the children were very excited to find the arrival of not just one baby but two babies in our home corner.  They have looked after the babies really well, dressing them, changing nappies and taking them for a walk.  In English, the children listened to the story of Goldilocks, then ordered pictures of the story and wrote a caption for each.  In maths, we have been exploring mass and capacity.  They have used the balance scales to find objects that are heavy, light, lighter and heavier.  The children have also explored the areas well and competed some super challenges.  The children's blue challenge this week was to find their way to the fish tank and back sensibly and independently!
