Evacuation!

This afternoon, Year 6 used the Now>Press>Play headphones to experience what it would have felt like to be evacuated as a child in World War 2. After researching and exploring why children were evacuated during the war, this allowed them to develop empathy and understand why children were evacuated.

As you can see, this experience was great fun and allowed us to look at the life of a child during the time in a very different way!
