Place Value Puzzles!

This week has been all about place value! We have got to grips with very large numbers, up to 10,000,000 and we can now read and write (in both numerals and words). We've interpreted numberlines, considering the divisions and the intervals. We have also reminded ourselves how to multiply and divide by 10, 100 and 1000 - this is where our puzzle comes in! We were challenged to sort and match the triangular dominoes to create one final image: of an ice cream! We made use of place value grids to help us and had to be careful to ensure all of our digits moved the same number of places left or right.
