Testing materials

We've had lots of fun testing different materials to find out if they are waterproof or not. We thought about which ones would be absorbent and non-absorbent. We used some of our much loved reading teddies. They were wrapped up tightly, dunked in the water bowl and then carefully unwrapped. We found out that tin foil and plastic were the best at keeping our teddies dry.
