Emperor Moths
Two weeks ago, Miss Wagstaff brought into school 6 Emperor Moth cocoons that she had stored in her fridge for a few months until the weather was warm enough for the moths to hatch. Today was obviously the day as two of the cocoons hatched and then were released into the wild pond area. It was a very exciting moment for the children to watch the moths hatch!
