Painted Elephants-Hinduism

This term we are learning all about Buddhism, Hinduism, the Islamic faith and Judaism. We are learning all about their beliefs, holy books and where people go to worship and also included in the learning is learning about all the religious festivals associated with the different beliefs. This week the children learnt about why elephants are painted in the Hinduism religion and created their own painted elephants.
