Mexican cup rhythms

This afternoon, 5SB demonstrated a great grasp of rhythm and staying in time. We used a piece of Mexican music called La Raspa. We started out by using a cup rhythm that was provided to us before innovating these patterns to create our own. We had to consider how to ensure our music could be read and followed, ensuring we had four beats in each bar. We needed to create three rhythms: A which was the verse, B which was the chorus and C which was the coda (ending). After spending time creating, we performed our newly innovated rhythms!
