Run, run, run!

In PE this half term, we are tracking our fitness and learning how to play Tag Rugby. In our Fitness lessons, we are tracking and monitoring our levels of fitness by completing different exercises in a timed period. We are then aiming to improve these levels over the next few weeks, recording this as we go. In tag rugby, we are learning a wide range of skills in order to play a full game and today we practised our first game using the belts and tags. The children LOVED the game and were very excited (and sweaty!) after a lot of running and dodging of their opponents.
